TRAINING SESSIONS

Our year is divided into 2 competitive seasons:
1)    Indoor Track and Field (runs from December to March)
2)    Outdoor Track and Field (runs from April to August)

 

 

 

 

 

TRAINING TIMES AND LOCATIONS

Training days as Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 a.m. to !2:00 noon *** (subject to change based on facility availability)*** contact George for updated info.

 

 

 

 

 

INDOOR:    

Training begins in late-September with our competitive indoor season starting in January and concluding in March.

OUTDOOR:
Outdoor Season is a continuation of our indoor program for those athletes who were a part of the indoor training/competition season or a start for those looking to begin training/competing for the outdoor session. This begins in late March and usually concludes in early August (depending on availability of competitions).
